The Seahorse condos consists of 20 units. Our job is to remove all the siding that is falling off of the building. Remove decks that have been rotted, remove any supports that are damaged, we found that 60% of the deck, column, and railing structures have been rotted from poor flashing and improper sealing of the substructure. This project is currently in progress. We are replacing all the second floor decks with new fiberglass to seal the decks and also create a dry environment for owners on the first floor.
